Setting up your venue

After you sign up at pitwallos.com, the wizard walks you through six steps:

  1. Basics — display name, contact email, timezone, currency.
  2. Branding— logo URL, primary & accent colour, tagline.
  3. Hours — weekly operating hours per weekday.
  4. Payment — link Razorpay or PhonePe (optional; you can skip and add later).
  5. Install — generate setup tokens for each rig and run the agent installer.
  6. Confirm — review and activate the venue.

How the subdomain works

Your slug becomes your subdomain: your-slug.pitwallos.com. Customers book at that URL; admins log in at your-slug.pitwallos.com/admin.

Once chosen, the slug is permanent. Pick something short and memorable — “apex”, “velocity”, “mumbai-sim”.

Configuring per-engine paths

Each PitwallOS rig agent can drive multiple simulators from the same PC (Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, and Le Mans Ultimate when it lands). The agent's setup GUI has a Paths tab with one sub-tab per engine — configure only the ones you actually have installed; missing engines just report install_status=missing on the super-admin compliance dashboard and are otherwise harmless.

Per-engine path requirements are documented on the agent install page; the short version:

  • Assetto Corsa — install dir only (the agent finds steamapps, Documents, and system\cfg from there).
  • rFactor 2 — both Install dir (for the binaries) and UserData dir(for configs, results XML, and the dedi's working state).

Next

With the venue created, the next step is installing the rig agent.
