Billing & invoices

PitwallOS bills you a flat per-rig monthly fee. The cron snapshots your active rig count on the 1st of each month and creates a single invoice covering the previous month.

What's a “rig” for billing?

A rig with is_active = trueat snapshot time. If you mark a rig inactive (e.g. a console is down for repairs), it's excluded from nextmonth's snapshot. You don't get a partial-month refund for current month.

Invoice payment

Invoices are paid via the PitwallOS platform's Razorpay account (separate from your own). You'll get a payment link by email; the link is also visible in Settings → Billing.

Failed payments

If a monthly invoice goes unpaid, we open a 14-day grace period before suspending. During grace, the admin console keeps working but a banner appears. After grace, the venue moves to suspended — the customer site stays online (so existing bookings continue) but admin actions are read-only.

Pay the invoice and the venue auto-reactivates. No data is deleted; we keep everything for audit/financial reasons even through suspension and archival.

Cancelling

Stop the subscription by emailing hello@pitwallos.com. We'll archive the venue at the end of the current paid period and export your bookings as CSV on request.
