Subdomain

Every venue gets <slug>.pitwallos.com as soon as the wizard finishes. The slug is permanent; pick carefully. Reserved subdomains (www, admin, docs, api) can never be used as a venue slug.

Custom domain (v2)

BYO domain support is on the roadmap for v2. Today the only supported URL pattern is the subdomain.

Logo

Provide a public HTTPS URL to a square PNG/SVG (we recommend ~256×256 px). The URL is rendered into both the customer site header and the admin console nav. We don't host logos ourselves — use Imgix, Cloudinary, or any CDN.

Colours

Two settings: primary (used for buttons and accents) and accent (hover states, gradients). Both as hex triples like #E84C8A.

Branding overrides are applied via CSS variables, so the change is instant — no rebuild, no flash of platform default.

Tagline

Shown in the customer site footer. Keep it short — 6 words or fewer reads best.

Email branding

Outbound booking emails use your display name in the From line and your primary colour for accents. Custom From addresses are v2.
