Common questions
Do you take a cut of customer payments?
No. Razorpay and PhonePe charge their own gateway fee (~2% in India) and the rest lands in your bank account, not ours. We only charge you the per-rig platform fee. Customer transactions are entirely between you and your customers.
What does the free trial cover?
30 days of your full plan, no card required. You can configure your venue, install rig agents, take real bookings, and see actual revenue before you ever pay us a rupee.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, we charge for your first paid period and you continue uninterrupted. If you haven't, your venue pauses — your data and configuration are preserved, you can resume any time by adding a card or UPI.
What counts as a 'rig'?
A physical sim rig PC running our Windows agent and at least one supported title (Assetto Corsa today; iRacing and ACC on the roadmap). We count rigs that are marked active in your admin console at the start of each billing month — pause one for a slow month and it doesn't bill.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from your admin console. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get the higher tier free for the rest of the current period, then bill at the new rate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you finish what you've paid for.
Are there setup fees?
No. The onboarding wizard is self-serve and takes 20–30 minutes for most venues. If you'd like us to help you migrate from another system or set up rigs over a video call, that's free for Founding Venues and bundled into Business / Enterprise.
What about international venues?
The platform is multi-currency-ready, but Stripe is not yet wired (we're India-launching first). If you're outside India and want to be the venue we ship Stripe support against, get in touch — we'll happily make you a Founding Venue.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel from your admin console anytime. Your venue stays online through the end of the period you've paid for. We never delete your data — you can re-activate later, or export your bookings and customers as CSV any time, paid or not.
